Sri. K.Jaya Bharat Reddy is a Post Graduate in Economic Statistics. He is a retired IAS Officer having more than four decades of versatile experience in General and Public Administration as well as Financial and Industrial Management. He held various positions such as Chairman, MD of several Industries/Financial Institutions etc. during his tenure of service.

He Played a key role in estabilishing Dr.Lankapalli Bullayya college and served as the founder President of the society of collegiate education. He has consented to be the Honorary President of the society and continues to advise on important academic and admintrative aspects of the college.
